Hi, I’m Juca. My journey began with training in several sports, reaching youth national team level, then continued with a degree in sports communication — but my true mission only revealed itself after the birth of my first child. As a mother, I personally experienced how many challenges come with rebuilding both body and mind after welcoming a baby.
In 2015, ActiveMumLife was born. What started as a personal diary has grown into an inspiring and authentic community — for women, mothers, and families. As a mother of four, my authenticity doesn’t come from certificates, but from lived experiences, struggles, and victories that I openly share with my audience, without taboos.
